Unfortunately, my experience at Jazz Book was disappointing. The staff came across as quite arrogant, and the service was extremely slow. I ordered something that required no preparation, yet it still took around 30 minutes to arrive. There were several waiters present, and one of them was sitting at a table near the entrance, smoking. What bothered me most was that the staff seemed attentive only to certain tables, which gave me the impression of preferential treatment. I would also expect the host or staff to greet guests and offer them a menu without having to be prompted. My impression was that, if I had not signalled for someone, I would have been completely ignored. Overall, based on my personal experience, the service was not acceptable. Another place with expensive services and food. And zero care for the food. As a brunch we ordered pouch eggs and avocado toast and it was absolutely flavorless. No salt. No sauce. Just pieces cut up and plated. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3 Meal type: Brunch Price per person: lei 60–80
