When I arrived 9/27 I didn't see the sign for smoothies so I asked Kennedy where the smoothie sign was, she gave me a stare like I was stupid for a couple of seconds until I looked away and found the sign myself. I felt disrespected but still thirsty. She gave me my drink with an attitude and monotone voice. I guess customer service standards aren't high here.
Everything's great: the coffee, the service, the location, the hours. Just the lids to their cups don't fit their stupid cups. Keep spilling coffee all over myself. It's such a simple problem to fix. I'm not sure why it hasn't been addressed.
Good coffee and food, I often go back and forth between this place and Starbucks on campus depending which line is shorter, but I prefer the the pastries and breakfast sandwiches from jazzman's than from Starbucks. However this coffee spot does tend to take longer that the Starbucks on campus when hammered with a rush of people. Otherwise this place is great and more conveniently located in the student union
