JeJu Restaurant is famous for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. From the visitors' point of view, prices are good. The food was good, but unfortunately the service was very disappointing. We were told that someone would come and show us how to grill the food, but no one ever did. We were left waiting without any explanation and ended up figuring everything out ourselves. Our drinks also arrived when we were almost finished eating. What was most frustrating was that this wasn’t just one staff member. Throughout our visit, the waitresses regularly checked on other tables while our table was consistently overlooked. We often had to call for assistance multiple times before anyone responded, and when they did, they seemed uninterested and unwelcoming. The difference in treatment compared to some of the foreign customers around us was noticeable. I cannot say with certainty whether it was because of our nationality, but it certainly felt like we were being treated differently. The food was enjoyable, but the service made us feel unwelcome. overall experience was disappointing enough that I will not be returning. There are many places that offer good food, but respectful and attentive service is just as important. I hope management takes customer service seriously and ensures that all guests are treated with equal respect and attention Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

This was a wonderful experience. The food is wonderful and the service is amazing. Since this is my first time at Jeju Restaurant, my server was Zarina and she was very helpful and friendly. I can recommend this enough and recommend you ask for Zarina. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: SAR 120–140
