I stumbled upon Jed's Sandwich Shop & Catering and I'm pretty sure it's the sandwich gods' gift to Chino Valley. From the moment you step in, you'll feel like you're at your grandma's house, but with way better sandwiches. And don't even get me started on the potato salad - it's so good it should have its own fan club. I ordered The Látigo and The Hefeir sandwiches they were just amazing! But the real kicker? Each meal comes with a chocolate chip cookie. I mean, who needs a significant other when you have a sandwich shop that provides you with dessert? If you're in the mood for a sandwich that will make you weak in the knees and give you the warm fuzzies, Jed's Sandwich Shop & Catering is the place to be. Just make sure to leave some room for that chocolate chip cookie - it might just steal the show."
