I think they have good intentions to serve authentic dishes, but they have to retrain the cooks. I ordered Hyderabadi Dum Biryani but was served something that felt like the fried rice from a Punjabi dhaba. I am surprised they have such good reviews and assume that the cooks are new and untrained. I wish them the best as they strive towards authenticity. Thank you for taking the time to share your honest feedback with us. We truly appreciate your well-wishes and your acknowledgement of our goal to serve authentic dishes. We take your comments about our Hyderabadi Dum Biryani very seriously. Authentic preparation, grain texture, and precise flavor profiles are extremely important to us, and we understand that you felt it missing on your order today. We are already looking into this with our kitchen team to review our process and ensure our cooking standards are strictly maintained. We are continuously striving to perfect our presentation and recipes, and feedback like yours helps us improve. We hope you will give us another opportunity in the future to provide you with the true, authentic culinary experience we aim for. Cheers, Jeet's
