As someone who previously lived in NY and NJ, the bagel I had here is the closest to a north east bagel I've had in the 5 years I've lived in NC. Closest to a NJ style bagel if I had to choose between NY and NJ. They unfortunately can't toast their bagels since they're legally a bakery so they can't serve hot food. So I just ordered my poppyseed bagel with my onion and chive cream cheese to go to toast it at home and it was great! I'd upload a photo if I didn't completely devour the bagel before writing this review Highly recommend this spot for NJ bagel lovers. My partner and I are very likely swing by again for more in the near future (they also make pretty decent coffee! Just not a fan of the lids for their iced coffee since the ice will block the spout for drinking, but they have straws to remedy this) Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Hi Elizabeth, everything in our shop is made from scratch therefore we are registered as a scratch made bakery. We bake fresh hot bagels out of the oven throughout the whole day, therefore we do not toast. We are so happy to hear you enjoyed and cannot wait to have you back!

This was my second time visiting Jeff’s bagels. The bagels are great and I appreciate their variety of vegan cream cheeses. During this visit we got 3 bagels, 2 lox in a box (bagels are not included with lox and you cannot substitute for vegan cream cheeses) and a blueberry lavender tea and the total was $46. A little disappointed that you as the customer have to prepare your own bagels (put together your lox bagel and spread your own cream cheese with elevated prices like that). Would love to see a variety of sandwich combos in the future that are prepared by staff. Overall, bagels were fresh and yummy. But based on the chaotic atmosphere and experience, probably won’t be back. Meal type: Brunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3 Dietary restrictions: Great vegan options with spread!

We had never been to a Jeff's bagel run and recently stopped by to try it out. We were dissapointed and felt that the Jeff's bagels weren't as good as other fresh bagel shops in the area, but were more expensive. We also didn't receive all of the items we ordered. I let one of the employees know that we were missing part of the order. He looked at the receipt and added the missing item. When I got home, I realized he added the wrong item.
