Sometimes I want dessert but I want something light and  Jell and chill fits the description. This dessert place is gluten free, vegan,  and low sugar. They specialize in jelly which they handmade everyday and it's so silky and smooth and it's in the base of all the desserts. Apparently the jelly is good for inflammation. I tried the "mango" and it has mango pomelo, sticky rice, mango, and tapioca balls. The tapioca was nice and soft and I love the freshness of the mango. I also tried their new fall flavor "pomegranate" which features pomegranate, popping boba, cheese foam, pomegranate slushy, and an adorable coconut bear ice cube. The drink is sooo cute with the bear ice cube and is drizzled with pomegranate syrup. It's supposed to represent a "bloody bear." The cheese foam is a soy cheese foam and it tasted like real dairy-I was impressed. The drink was really  refreshing. Def get this drink soon as it is a seasonal menu item. Overall I loved the desserts and think it's pretty unique. All the flavors worked well and the jelly was good. Also the store is very clean and cute. They have outdoor seating as well.
