[Visited on October 17, 2022] I visited J Jensen in Yoyogi Hachiman for the first time. I thought the façade looked like a European shop, but when I looked into it later, I found out that this is a shop that makes traditional Danish bread. Since I visited in the evening, most of the breads were already sold out. Select two breads that interest you from the remaining bread. I bought Himbea Spandawa and Gifra. Himbea Spandauer is a Danish pastry with raspberry jam in the middle. The jam sticks well to the moist Danish pastry. Gifra looks like a roll, but it's a little different from the rolls I've eaten before. The surface was textured and hard, and the inside was fluffy. It's a nice simple bread.
