There was a black employee who is working towards the night time and she was extremely rude to customers and also to another employee working with her. in front of the store, clearly sign says restrooms are for paying customers, still she refused to let us use restroom even when we were paying customers. We love Italian ice at Jeremiah but never had to face this kind of rude and unprofessional employee.

I stopped by on a day off and the Manager LaPorsha was very helpful and friendly. She offered samples and the Grasshopper she made me was so delicious I finished it parked outside the building. I had to go back in and thank LaPorsha for the treat she made with love. I will be back.
