Absolutely beautiful food. The curry goat was incredibly tender and full of flavour. It had that proper homemade "Auntie's cooking" taste if you know, you know. The sauce was rich, moreish, and packed with flavour, with just the right level of spice. The jerk chicken was juicy throughout, with seasoning that carried through every bite. The Jamaican beef patty was spot on too, with great flavour from the meat and a nice kick of spice without being overpowering. The mac and cheese was beautifully made, creamy, and wonderfully cheesy. The jerk gravy was something I'd never tried before, but it was absolutely incredible on the chicken. Such a unique sauce that really worked. The hot pepper sauce deserves a mention as well fruity, flavourful, and packing a proper punch. Portion sizes are excellent for the price, and you'll leave feeling full and satisfied. What really stood out, alongside the food, was the customer service. From the moment you arrive, the team are happy to guide you through the menu, offer recommendations, and make you feel welcome. There's a genuine Jamaican warmth about the place that makes the whole experience feel authentic. A special thank you to Tyson and Melissa for the fantastic service, and to the rest of the team for their recommendations and friendly attitude. If you're looking for authentic Caribbean food with incredible flavours, generous portions, and customer service that makes you feel like family, give Jerk Junction a visit. It genuinely feels like you're eating food cooked by your favourite auntie full of love, flavour, and Caribbean soul. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: £10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
