Look, the food is usually really good, had a one off time it wasn’t that great but today I’m trying them again, I ordered 35 minutes ago, 8 tacos w fries-SIMPLE was told it would be ready in 25 minutes, went in, paid at the 20 minute mark, came back in ten minutes after, wasn’t acknowledged, after a few more minutes, asked how much longer and they said about 7 minutes... not happy about that! I hope the food is really really good to make up for the lack of quality customer service and speed of service- those two elements should be the primary focus of the “face of the business” (the person who answers the phone and talks to the customers).
