Very friendly and innovative Baker. We have been going there since not long after it is open and love every bite of their bread, croissants, buns and whatever new delights Alec has put in front of us. I had a fantastic coffee and cookie this morning from Jersey Bakehouse. The cookie was soft, chewy, and (most importantly) not too sweet. Everything is really good value for money, and it’s so nice to see more local community-owned businesses opening up around the area! I’ll definitely be a regular.
