Went into this location today (7.22.21 about 3:30 or so). The server was making 3 sandwiches, and when attempting to bag my sandwich dropped it on the ground. I've worked fast food before, I understand accidents can happen and explained I'm not in a rush and do not mind waiting while she remakes my sandwich. She was very aggravated and stated, "But I saved it" as she attempted to re-wrap the sandwich and hand it to me. I explained again that I did not want that sandwich to which she replied, "It's fine, it never touched the ground." I immediately left and went next door to GoodBurger. Normally I enjoy Jersey Mike's Subs, but I will not be returning to this location.
