It's been a while since we've gone to Jersey Mike's and honestly, I was really disappointed. The male was friendly, but failed to ask if I wanted oil and poured a huge amount across the foot long. Half was for later and half to eat once we got home. Needless to say it was saturated when I went to eat it, the bread was not edible. 2nd sub I repeated the toppings several times and gave up, 3rd sub they didn't listen when i asked for light lettuce, light onions and had to repeat no mayo. The female employee asked nothing directly to us and was not friendly. We spent almost $73 on the 3 subs and was truly disappointed in the service and the food. I left a 10% tip, only because there was a possibility they were having an off day, and I had a tiresome day spending the morning at the hospital for testing. I usually go to another sub franchise but hadn't been to Jersey Mike's in a long time and thought, why not ... again, it might have been an off day for the 2, but I'll not be going again ... Parking: It's located in a parking area with several other shops so the dependability of easy parking might depend on the hour one goes there. Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly Wheelchair accessibility: I believe there's handicap parking but I'm not sure Service: Takeaway Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $50–100 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3 Parking space: Somewhat difficult to find parking Parking options: Free of charge parking lot

Barb... I understand that being short-staffed can be challenging. However, what I don’t understand is how I quickly learned name of the poor kid on the grill when he wasn’t even wearing a name tag. She constantly yelled at him and spoke down to him while we were in line. It was incredibly belittling to hear her audibly express her annoyance, saying he was getting on her nerves, especially when he was clearly doing his best. Meanwhile, she was distracted, playing with the lettuce and separating the onions instead of offering any help. I am very disappointed with our experience. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

I been here two time best place to get a sub I always get 2 original Italian subs for me and my dad and they are always really good jersey mike's subs never disappoints.
