Jersey Mike's Subs is famous for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. You will pay reasonable prices for dishes. The quiet atmosphere is to be found here. But google users rated this place and it didn't receive a high rating.

Usually they're good but this time we got there and stood waiting, the only ones in line for 10 min while three employees fiddled around doing nothing. Then one of them decided to start cleaning the meat slicer. Left hungry. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Definitely disappointed with this location. The one in Oneida is way better and super clean work area and meat cutting station. We spent $41 to get home and have our sandwich meat still in plastic while on our sub. I don't know how they did not know the meat was being sliced with the plastic still on it. Thank God I didn't give the to our nephew because he might've not noticed and could've choked. Absolutely not acceptable at all and for that kind of money we could have went to a restaurant and had a hot meal. We will not be returning to the Cicero store. We will continue to go the extra 20 min drive to Oneida location. Do better Service: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–50 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3 Recommended dishes: Sandwich

Employees were very friendly but the store is out of turkey and tomatoes at 1pm. Pretty basic items to be out of at 1pm but that's on management not the employees. Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 2
