Usually when I visit this Jersey Mike's, my sub sandwiches are amazing. Lately though the sandwiches at this Douglasville location have not been up to standard. I ordered a veggie giant today and usually it's loaded. Not today, I barely had any lettuce, the person gave me the wrong veggies and I don't know if the staff is being taught correctly on how to roll the sandwiches. Too many times lately the sandwiches are made sloppy, therefore it can't be rolled properly. I am very disappointed and will have to stop patronizing this Jersey Mike's because it has gone down for me. And I usually go there twice a week. How do you mess up a sandwich when I tell you exactly what I want, oh because you don't care and not paying attention to the customer. Please do better. Just have to love how I walk in to pick up an order, and I've been standing here for almost 10 minutes and the employees look at me and dont say a word to me, guess I won't be coming back here

Terrific throwback to the sandwich experience of the late 80s in NY/NJ. The delicious club sub brought me back to my childhood. Staff was terrific, friendly and happy. I would definitely encourage you to try Jersey Mike's Subs if you're in the area. For the owner: maybe just a pinch heavier on the bacon? No senior citizen discount? Just asking, for a friend.
