Stopped by Jersey Mike’s and had to give a shoutout to Thomas. The place was busy and everyone was helping customers, but Thomas was clearly running at a different speed. At one point he was making three sandwiches, bouncing back and forth across the line, and somehow keeping everything moving without missing a beat. My wife and I both noticed it right away. He just seemed one step ahead of everything going on in the shop, like he already knew what needed to happen next before it happened. That kind of hustle and awareness is rare. The rest of the team was doing a solid job, but Thomas was the engine that kept the whole place moving.
