This terrace ended up very badly. I've been coming to Jessie's for years (occasionally, admittedly) and until now it really was a great terrace, nothing to complain about, it was the first option when it came to going out for a cocktail. Until about 1 year ago, when they started hiring all random waiters, with no business in this job, you say they are not paid to serve people. I don't know where they found them but they ruined the reputation of the terrace, and this review is based on the last 4 personal experiences, as well as on the experiences of friends, so I can say that I gave them more chances =))) Yesterday I wanted to drink a lemonade with a friend, only for an employee to come out and yell at us to leave because we had an UNOPENED energizer that we had bought from mega image, while we sat down at the table WITH THE PURPOSE OF COMMAND. I understand that it is not okay to bring other products to a terrace, for this reason I agreed with that and put the energizer in my bag, but that "employee" never came to bring us the menu or take our order , for which I waited 15 minutes, after which I left, obviously, if I saw what a joke it was, since that man came out only to take us, not to serve us, as an idea. The waiters don't pay attention to what the customers order, they have a lot of eternal complaints because they bring the wrong order (they bring pasta with meat for someone vegetarian, who specified this to the waiter, or actually they bring you something completely different and blame it all on customer, as if he ordered wrongly), they are rude and rude, they don't know how to serve people, in the sense that they complain to customers for all the little things and not to mention that you can wait 25 minutes just to get your bring the menu, although it is a small to medium sized terrace and there are several waiters per shift. In addition to the absolutely terrible services, they have also "redecorated" to say that you are sitting in the middle of the street. I am writing this review with regret, it really was a great terrace at one point, but it is no longer the case at all, unless you want the waiters to make fun of you, at your expense and the patrons not to do anything about it ( or maybe you're lucky and catch a turn with a nice and kind waitress).
