I have a special-needs son who needs his food cut into pieces in order not to over stuff his mouth when he eats. I usually order in advance and when I arrive for pick up, I asked for an extra box and for it to be cut up. Today I order online, and when I arrive, I noticed an extra box already waiting with the cut up pieces inside. He said he remembered Small thing. But it meant a lot to me. Our company ordered a party tray and salad from Jet's Pizza. I had an issue with billing and Wes provided great customer service with urgency and professionalism to resolve my concerns.
