We called at 11am to have an order picked up on Christmas Eve at 6pm. Not only was the food not done at 6pm, it *hadn't even been started*. It took another hour of waiting time, with no apology and no offer of anything to make the situation better, making us late for dinner and keeping us away from family. I used to eat here every few weeks, but this has been disappointing enough to not want to come back. You had 7 hrs to make a pickup order and failed miserably, and didnt even have the decency to apologize. You won't be getting my business again.

Food is great , service was quick and courteous . adequate parfking .The waitress took time to explain the menu

I'm currently in Romania, but one of the first things I am going to do when I get back to visit Jia. Susan makes every meal there a wonderful experience. Seriously, this food is one of the top things I miss while I am living overseas.
