We had a great experience with a very good server. We ordered pizza and salad and everything was very good. It’s a busy place so be prepared and order an appetizer while you wait. Live band was very good adding to the island atmosphere. The view and sunset are beautiful.

We have been to the big chill many times before as it is our first stop driving into the keys. Stopped the other day - they were out of half the items. That wasn't the real issue w my bad review. I ordered beer - it was not cold. The waitress who had an attitude came back on her own with a cup of ice - said it was for the beer. Kid you she never mentioned beer was warm when I ordered . . She then asked if were ready to order , yes we are. She said she would be right back - 10 min later , we are asking another waiter to find our waitress. Then my wife got her tacos with mango salsa. She. My wife questioned the mango , she said they hardly have any mango in there and walked away. My wife did find a crumb of mango- about it.
