Today was the first time I dined at the Ashtabula Jimmy John’s and I will certainly be a repeat customer. My 3 toddlers and I ate in the resturant and the staff treated us with such kindness and were very gracious with us when we had a big accidental spill. Jennifer took our order and was very patient and kind with us. As a young mom, the kindness I received from the workers meant so much. And the food was amazing and quick! Food: 5 Service: 5
