Four sandwiches ordered, all four came out wrong. We were there for almost 20 minutes and there was one person ahead of our party who ordered one sandwich. We kept having to repeat our order because the worker kept ringing up the sandwiches as the wrong size and couldn’t follow simple instructions like leaving the tomatoes off the sandwich. It also took him forever to punch in simple things like a medium drink or a bag of chips. We were floored with how ridiculously bad this place was. It almost felt like a practical joke. You just have to laugh about it, I guess. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Four orders all coming out incorrect, especially after clearly repeating instructions, really disrupts the whole visit and adds unnecessary time at checkout, Chris. Stopped in here for a sandwich. The service was good. The man that took the order was pleasant. The food was adequate but nothing great. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Next time you're in, let us know if you want to switch things up—whether it's packing on extra capicola on that Giant Italian Night Club or getting the Cubano extra toasted.
