Yes, I'm giving them 5 stars (State St. location) For a sandwich joint, they are legit. Staff is always friendly when I walk in. It's immediate when I walk in, the welcome greetings. The young man who took my order was fast and very kind. They have their system down! As soon I a done grabbing my beverage my sandwich was already ready for me. The dining tables are clean. The whole restaurant is a well oiled machine. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Ordered a sandwich with no mayo and got home and it was loaded with mayo and live 35 minutes away so no dinner tonight Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Would not recommend ordering delivery from this location, it took an hour and a half to get 1 sandwich delivered and I only live 5 mins away. I understand places get busy sometimes, but I have never had an order take longer than 45 mins tops ordering from any other Jimmy John's.
