Update: service has somehow gotten worse with time? The person at the till still doesn’t understand people. I have heard multiple guests have to repeat their orders. Service is also EXTREMELY slow for a quick sandwich fast food shop. People who ordered after us in line got served first. ‍ Also, I just witnessed a girl with food handling gloves on go from food, to answering the phone and touching the phone with her gloves, and then directly back to shoving her now dirty gloves into the lettuce bin. Staff needs food safety training. OG review: Love Jimmy Johns generally, and food is great. However staff seem confused? The person at the till couldn’t hear at all and was confused and acting as if we were stressing her out by asking to add pickles to a standard sandwich. Maybe the service will improve in time. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Order type: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20
