Most guests state that the staff is creative. Service at this spot is something one can name nice. Most of the time, the homey atmosphere is to be found here. A girl named "Gia" is consistently rude to customers, I've watched them put down and be rude to their employees. And not to mention, the fact she brings her DOGS to work, and run around. There are dogs in the back where people are making food. Next call is the health department. Grow up and get rid of these people. Service: Dine in Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

There really is any problem with the food or the people that work there. It's the fact that the sign on the door says they close at nine but if you walk in there at 8:30 they will not get you any food. This happened to me twice I walked in there at 8:30 And they told me the system was down. OK understandable. I walked in there again tonight at 8:30 they were cleaning up all the lights are off and the guy said they were out of bread. I don't understand how you could run a sandwich shop and run out of bread. I called BS shame on you Jimmy John's and 191st and Harlem.
