Why is there Mayo on my #9? This sandwich is going in the trash. I work downtown and would pick up JJs about once a week. Mayo is a plague on the earth and I will never return to this location. I have the receipt and it says "no sauce" Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Asked for a recommendation & ordered a sandwich, the new Cajun chicken wrap. After the first bite I knew I just didn’t like it. I nicely asked if I could just get my money back to get something else to eat that day , and the manager refused because I took a bite off of it. Says that nots how it works . I am service industry so I know that is how that works. But not wanting to argue, I then just asked for the corporate number, and all of a sudden she could do a refund. But because I asked for corporate number, she says now because I asked for this refund that I am banned from this place . To which I replied that’s fine , I wasn’t going to come back. If you want better service and food just go to Chick-fil-A across the street loves . Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Came in during the lunch rush to grab a sandwich. Bit of a line but I didn't mind. After a minute or so in line, I needed to use the restroom so I asked a staff member for the code to the bathroom. Instead of giving me the code they said I needed to wait until I had a receipt. ARE YOU SERIOUS? I get the whole "bathrooms are for customer only" bit. But I've clearly been waiting in line. I'm dressed professionally (polo shirt and khakis) so I'm obviously not a random homeless person. I'm not going to piss myself waiting in line because you won't exercise a modicum of common sense. Seems silly to lose a frequent customer that lives right across the street from your store but I guess this Jimmy John's doesn't believe in customer service.
