Just try the new buffalo chicken wrap today and it was amazing! The staff is awesome. They took my order perfectly and they were so nice. Thank you Madison Jimmy Johns you all are amazing. I did a mobile order for two $8.99 deals, both were wraps. Overall, the wraps were OK. There was hardly any meat on them and they were way too juicy, like juice was just pouring out of both wraps. I do understand I asked for sauce plus oil & vig. I did file a complaint, that complaint number ends in 1175. I would like my whole order replaced as this was my first time ever at a Jimmy Johns and I am not very happy with the food at all, if I can't get a replacement, I will be filing a backcharge with my credit card company.
