I rarely post reviews and I usually really like Jimmy John's, however, this location gives JJ a bad name. In this case I was incorrectly charged and the sandwich quality was very low (almost no meat). Still, prior to posting a review I took the time to contact corporate about the issue, but after I took the time to contact corporate their response was that they are independently owned so contact the store... Seriously, why have a contact page for issues if you are going to tell the customer to deal with it and fix the issue yourself? Sorry, JJ going from 5 stars to 4 in my opinion and this store going to 2 stars. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3 Order type: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20
