Not so freaky fast. I placed an online order at 5:07 today and it’s 5:50 - my husband is still waiting as they are serving everyone else before him - drive through and in store. He has been asked twice if he wants to place an order in store and was told they were busy but others are being served. Don’t offer online if you can’t keep up. This isn’t the first time this has happened. Will not be going back. Service: 1

Amazing service. A worker went out of their way to help us out to ensure we get back on the road fast! I highly recommend coming here. I will be coming back when I am in town. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I placed a order online, husband picked it up and away we went. Got home and 4 out of 5 of our subs had hardly any toppings on them! For our first experience with Jimmy John's talk about a disappointing experience Price per person: $30–50 Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
