Ordered $500 worth of catering and did not receive everything I ordered. Called and asked them to deliver the rest of my order, they said no. Manager was rude, did absolutely nothing to fix the situation. When I reached out to corporate, they said “I apologize on behalf of everyone at JJ’s.” I’ve sent multiple follow ups and have not heard back. They are not interested in correcting their errors. I did not receive what I paid for, and they didn’t even want to give a partial refund or a voucher. Thieves. Service: Take out Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I LOVE Jimmy John's. It is hands down my favorite. Do not go here. It is worth it to go to a different Jimmy John's. The bread here is not even recognizable as Jimmy John's. I pick up loaves for my son's sandwiches and he knows the loaf today was not standard. My sandwich was kind of gross to be honest. It was sad. I called and I could not even understand what the person said but I was put on hold. Mumbled jumbooooo. Go to South Elgin. Dietary restrictions: I can pick up just the bread or mini turkey which is great because my son has many diet restrictions and he still gets "Jimmy John's". The bread is an important impact on the sandwich! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–10
