Do not order Jimmy John's through Door Dash! I ordered a basic ham and cheese sandwich because turkey wasn't an option on the app. I ordered the sandwich at 11:40 am and the app told me it would arrive at 12:06 pm. I stayed checking the app constantly once it reached 12:10 am and the app stayed the same stating "being prepared". I finally called the store at 12:30 pm and the lady was rude and aggressively told me it'd get here when it got here. Jimmy John's is a nice place to grab a sandwich but do not door dash it!
