I come to this location often. The manager Tonya is always rude. Today she dropped mayo on the counter & then scraped it off with the spreader and then wiped it on my sandwich. I asked her to make me a new sandwich telling her that wasn’t ok what she did. I do not recommend this location when she is here. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

everytime I come here it's worse, the employees wish you hadn't walked in and it's apparent. The bread is staler each time and even if you ask for alterations with your sandwich , don't plan on getting it. Service: 1

Usually my favorite fast sandwiches. But at this location, service was only a dismal okay. Had to bus own table with a Kleenex from my bag. Had to return sandwich to counter for slicing in half ... Jimmy John's usually will do that, but not at this location. Watched another customer immediately return with his take-out order to have his sandwich sliced as well. Observed staff member mimicking that customer as he exited the store. Unwich was poorly wrapped with small pieces of lettuce. Had ordered to eat in, but women's restroom remained locked entire visit. Unable to wash hands after messy unwich. Recommend for the food, but not for the service. Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
