Was so worth visiting. First time finding the place open, but so happy we went back. Everyone is very friendly and kind, the prices were decent and the atmosphere was great. Kudos for the fires. Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Enjoyed the evening - fantastic atmosphere, but the food is terrible and they "accidentally" overcharged me with R100 on my bar tab. Price per person: R 500+ Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

The R100 was an honest mistake. We have not and never would overcharge a customer on purpose - my business is not in stealing money from customers. You came in asking for the cheapest of everything - so hardly the type of tourist anyone would try rip off as you have so rudely and incorrectly insinuated. You asked if you could smoke inside and then sat at the bar counter on your phone at full volume making it impossible for the other customers to have a conversation. You complained about our prices which are way below average and and had chips as a take away so do not feel a rating from you on our food is worthy. From the onset you were just really a difficult and unpleasant customer and besides that we still went out of our way to help you outside of your needs in my bar. I'd give you a 1 star rating as a customer if we were allowed to do that.
