Was looking forward to trying out Jims as I have been told great things - unfortunately I was disappointed when I was greeted at the door on Thursday night. A friend and I walked in the doors slightly before 7;45, knowing that they closed at 9 (thinking we had plenty of time) A woman repeatedly told us that they were closing at 8;30 and didn't think we would have much time. I serve, and I know when someone is just trying to get home. After confronting her that the website says 9pm, she uncertainly and lousily said " we close at 8;30, but... ummmm... maybe you'll have enough time". Appetite was completely turned OFF!! I understand that your doors lock at 8;30, BUT not at 7;45! Ridiculous to be turned away so early by this woman. It would be a shame for a business to get a reputation like this of turning business away- and sadly, if it happens to me, i'm sure its not the first time. This short experience ruined by perception of the restaurant and I will not be back. Service: Dine in Service: 1

Ordered a large pepperoni pizza. Crust was cooked perfectly, sauce was balanced, cheese was nice and gooey buy not overly so and pepperoni was great, not overpowering. Great pizza. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
