Come for a meal right after seeing Naper Settlement. Among other Chinese and Japanese cuisune places to visit, this restaurant can be one of the greatest. Try perfectly cooked miso soup, crab rangoon and shrimp tempura. Taste good biscuits. Among the drinks, there is delicious beer. Great fruit smoothies, thai tea or americano will make your meal better and you'll surely come back.
Jin 28 is well known for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. You may be surprised by average prices at this place. The nice decor and cool atmosphere let visitors feel relaxed here. But google users haven't given this spot a high rating.

If you have ever been to Chinatown in downtown Chicago, we will truly appreciate this place. We ordered takeout Pad Thai, Penang Curry with Chicken and Red Curry with Beef. The food was terrible. The curry sauces were not prepared in the normal way. The seemed to be gelatinous and maybe out of a can and didn't taste like curry at all, and the chicken and beef were gummy. We have no idea how the food was prepared. It was so awful that we threw it all out. Bangkok Village in Naperville is authentic and we should have gone there and we regret trying Jin 28. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5
