From reply, Response from the owner a day ago You just being so rude at today unfortunately. We had at least 3 people were waiting beyond you, you chose to skip them to get your food. How? They never told me 3 People were ahead, like I said a little acknowledgment and I’ll Be right with you would have went a long way instead of pretending I didn’t existed. Everyone be mindful I was the only one at the counter, how would I know 3 people were ahead?? I’m Hispanic maybe that had something to do with it I arrived and nobody acknowledged me when i was standing at the counter and at first there was two people. I then waited 10 mins and nobody ever came. I then proceeded to grab my food and was accused of stealing and the waitress embarrassed in front of everyone and started yelling at me. I’ve never been so humiliated in my life . I’ll never go again Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

First of all, don’t expect to see Jin28 anywhere posted publicly. You will see Japanese-Chinese-Thai big sign on the building above the place. The food was very good. I got lo mein with shrimp. Surprisingly they asked me what size. I didn’t know it comes on sizes. Small 10.50$ and large 15.xx$. I got small which was small compared with a regular same plate same price from another Chinese restaurant Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Recommended dishes: Chicken Lo Mein

The food was pretty good but when we got our check there was an $11.73 service charge. We were never notified before hand that there would be a service charge added on if we paid by credit card, if that is what it is for. That service charge can go towards a tip since I didn't leave one. It's ridiculous that restaurants are now adding a service charge to the bills when they never added one on before. I won't be going back.
