We had the “Fried rice Beijing Style with cabbage and pork belly” and the “Genghis Khan beef short ribs.” The fried rice was good, good portion size, and very fair price. However, they do not use cabbage in the dish, they use shredded iceberg lettuce, which is weird as iceberg isn’t meant to be cooked/it’s not even close to cabbage. The beef short ribs were very disappointing. The portion size is small, the texture was tough/chewy = not slow cooked, and the flavor was not good. It’s very expensive for a bad dish.
