I've had bao in china: these are every bit as good. Real flavor, perfectly steamed, quite affordable. Highly recommended. Place is small, perhaps two seats to eat at, so more suited for to-go than dine-in. Don't let that deter you, there are seats in a park across the street. JingBao is a great little spot for authentic Chinese dumplings and baozi. Everything is handmade, fresh, and genuinely delicious. The lady running the place is very kind, and prices are more than fair. There are only three or four seats inside, so it’s better to go for take-away. Card payments are accepted, which is convenient. The only downside is the ventilation — the smell of fried food is really strong, and it sticks to your clothes, so I had to wash everything afterwards.
