Just visited Jinsoo and had a great experience. My team and I ordered the ribeye along with two poke bowls — one salmon and one tuna. The flavors were delightful, and you could tell the food was made fresh to order. The wait was worth it. We wanted to try somewhere new, and Jinsoo definitely delivered. Yan, our server, was great and very upfront with us, which we appreciated. We’ll definitely be back and plan to bring more people with us next time. Hoping the quality stays this consistent because the food and service were excellent. Got the lunch bento boxes, orange chicken and teriyaki chicken. They were delicious and we had to get to go trays. They had a whole other bento box of complimentary apps with sesame sticks, kimche, squid, and cucumber with the sauce while waiting on our meals. This is the best Japanese restaurant in Highlands for sure. We will be back! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: USD 10–20
