To try nicely cooked garlic shrimps, crab meat and fried oysters is a really nice idea. Visitors don't like tea at this restaurant. Crafty Crab is well known for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. A number of reviewers say that the dishes are offered for fair prices. You will definitely appreciate the quiet atmosphere and spectacular decor. But this place has been rated below average by Google.

For a place that specializes in crab, they sure don't seem to know what they're doing. For starters, when I asked for my crab pot to be done without spice, I was told "mild spice is the baseline, it's not hot." I have a very low tolerance for spice so I reiterated that I really didn't want spice at all. The waitress assured me that I had to choose one, but that mild was basically no spice. Well, when I got my food, I did find it spicy. It wasn't so bad that I couldn't stand it, but I'd have liked it a lot more without spice altogether. Why in the world wouldn't it be acceptable to have a "no spice" option? When the waitress returned with our food, she didn't bring any crab forks, crackers, or butter for the crab meat. Every other restaurant where I have ever ordered crab provides these items. Crab is this restaurant's specialty, and she told us they didn't have enough crackers for the 4 of us who got crab. (Mind you, we were one of three tables in the place.) I think we only saw the waitress a total of 4 times the entire meal (again, the place was dead— I wouldn't have minded if it was busy, and she was kept away because she was working hard, but the place was empty and she was completely MIA). At the end of the meal, I had to open 4 packets of wet wipes before I found one that was actually wet. We all had this issue— most of them were completely dried out. Again, this is a *crab restaurant*... How do you let your wet wipes get completely dried out?! The restaurant was completely empty except for a table of drunk people that were being obnoxiously loud and a couple who seemed as annoyed as we were. No one asked the drunk people to keep it down— in fact we saw only one other person besides our waitress, who I assumed was the hostess, because she took us to our table, but then she and our waitress disappeared into the back for most of our meal. This was not my first time eating here, but it will be my last. My first experience I wasn't impressed, but thought maybe they were having an off day. This time around, it became clear that this restaurant is just poorly run. The food was not worth the price (over $250 for 6 people, two of which were kids meals, no alcohol or appetizers ordered), the service was terrible (and as a former server, it takes a lot for me to say that), and the overall experience just not good. If you want crab, try Red Lobster or a different specialty store. Crafty Crab is NOT it. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $100+ Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2 Recommended dishes: Mild, Snow Crab Legs

Horrible place to eat. Do not recommend at all. My crab legs and lobster was sitting in a glob of sauce hard to eat. Friend got chicken tenders said it tasted like fish, she does not eat fish. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY GOING HERE
