I recently came back to Joe’s Sushi after not eating here for many years and was surprised to find that it’s now under new ownership. I mainly wanted to check out the new Korean menu and the all-you-can-eat sushi. The customer service was good overall. The son of the owner, whose mother is the cook, was our waiter. He was incredibly friendly, informative, and took the time to explain the menu and answer our questions. He stood out compared to the other two waiters, who seemed newer to the job, although they were still polite and pleasant. One thing I really appreciated was that the owner herself came out to talk with us. She explained that she prepares everything fresh, and she came across as a genuinely kind and caring person. That personal touch made a great impression. As for the food, I personally enjoyed the Korean dishes more than the Japanese offerings. The Korean food had excellent flavor and is what would bring me back. While the sushi was fine, I think the Korean menu is the real standout under the new ownership. Overall, I’d definitely return—but primarily for the fresh, homemade Korean food and the warm hospitality from the owner and her son. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Service was wonderful. Everyone who worked there was so nice and inviting. The food was absolutely delicious. You could tell the sushi chefs were well experienced because it came out quickly, visually appeling, and delicious. I look forward to coming to Joe's Sushi Japanese Restaurant again! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–50
