Everything about it was less than meh. I had white toast, tries of desert that could’ve been good, but wasn’t really cooked nicely. It was undercooked. The hashbrowns were disgusting and the coffee was chicory actual coffee. . The waitress was dialing it in. The restaurant room itself is cold and uninviting one big room . Johnny B’s is one of my favorite restaurants in Texarkana. I have eaten here many times and have never been disappointed. The people who work here are some of the best food service people in town. The servers are always great and they are always helpful. I love going to Johnny B’s because I know every time, I go that the experience will be a great one. The employees deserve a raise because they go up and beyond to make you feel at home while eating. I am always excited when we decide to go eat here because I know it will be a great experience. Not only is the service amazing the food is the best in town. I usually go most Sundays after church and they have a lunch special every Sunday. I usually do not get the special, instead I will get breakfast food. The pancakes and the omelets are to die for. One part of the special every Sunday is Chicken and dressing and it is amazing. The food reminds me a lot of a homecooked meal. My mother and grandmother cook the best food I have ever had but Johnny B’s is a really close second place. I do not know what they do that is so special but it is absolutely amazing every time I go. The people are so friendly. I am always greeted with a smile every time I go. I believe the service is the best in town. The best part of Johnny B’s is the amount of time it takes to get your food. They always have your food to you very quickly. I am always amazed at how fast the food is served. If there is any place in Texarkana that I could every day it would be Johnny B’s. They not only have amazing food they go above and beyond to help you feel at home while at their restaurant. If you are coming to Texarkana and looking for a good home style locally owned small business to eat at look no other place that Johnny B’s and I promise you will not be disappointed.
