It was great! Really recommend if you’re wanting a classic American diner vibe. I would really recommend getting a milkshake! I got a hot dog and it was superrr yummy. Also affordable prices if you are looking for somewhere to eat. It is a bit small so wait may vary depending on party size. On a trip from Italy I came around this place very close to the aquarium and loved it! Best burger I ever had, friendly personnel and the perfect 60s experience, I felt like I was in "back to the future". Highly recommend. This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. I’ve visited Johnny Rockets in California, Las Vegas, Texas, and New Jersey, and this location completely ruined my spring break. I came in with my husband and two kids, and they were excited to try the new Hostess milkshake since it’s not available back home in Texas. I specifically asked if it was included with the kids’ meals, and the server told me yes. However, when I received the bill, I saw that we were charged $8.99 for each shake. I calmly brought this to the manager’s attention, simply to let her know there was a misunderstanding with what the server had told us. Instead of addressing the issue professionally, she became rude and dismissive, saying she wouldn’t remove it because “you drank it, what do you want me to do?” At that point, due to her attitude, I requested a refund—and she refused. On top of that, the service was extremely slow and disorganized. Our food came out in pieces—first some items, then others much later. My child’s fries didn’t arrive until after the rest of the food, and the drinks came even later. In total, we waited about 30 minutes to receive everything, which is not the standard I’ve experienced at other locations. The lack of professionalism and poor service were very disappointing. This experience was completely out of line with what I’ve come to expect, and unfortunately, I will not be returning. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
