Come here for tasty hamburgers, salads and chicken if you are hungry. In accordance with the guests' opinions, waiters serve good milkshakes. Clients don't like chocolate custard at this restaurant.

The food is never the issue here at Johnny Rockets. The cooks do an absolutely wonderful job. The servers Serena and Sasha at the South Shore Plaza Mall are horrid. As a restaurant owner I would never in any lifetime hire these two as my Hostess/Servers. I have been here multiple times before placing this review because I am aware that sometimes people just have bad daysbut these two seem to have bad days every time I come to the counter top. They need to be removed if Johnny Rockets is looking to stay in business. The poorest customer service I have experienced in almost 20 years and they are consistently poor in their service. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This was a childhood gem. However when I came here, I saw the waitress handling food with no gloves and eating extra food straight from the deep fryer. There was a nasty leak coming from the soda machine which was covered with cardboard boxes. The food was cold. Staff was fighting with each other which made sitting at the counter very uncomfortable. I would not have written this review if it wasn’t for my concern of health safety for everyone. Price per person: $20–30 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This review is to acknowledge the TERRIBLE customer service at Johnny Rockets in Braintree. These two unwell staff members (probably overworked and underpaid) came over to me and my two daughters while we were eating letting us know that one of my children couldn’t eat the food she purchased from another vendor. One said that her manager was looking at the camera and saw my daughter eating and texted her to tell us to leave. What kind of nonsense is that? So you kicked out a paying customer because one child was eating something else. I asked to speak to the manager and shockingly he wasn’t there. Why couldn’t she sit thereit’s not like this place was flooded with customers (I understand why now)I will never go or recommend this place to anyone to this location. I’m disgusted disappointed and quite frankly upset that I even spent money at this place. Never again! On top of this situation, the food wasn’t good. Bad experience! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
