It is tempting to give it a low rating on account for the extraordinary prices you pay but since we kind of knew the cost on ordering we can’t really be that shocked. But trust when we saw that two chicken burger meals with two shakes came to over $70 we were still shocked! It is only just fast food at the end of the day and nothing special but you are paying partly for the brand I suppose and with limited choice it was kind of the best option for a quick substantive meal. Terrible service for the price paid. We spent 1472 mex pesos (85 USD) on two combos and an extra burger. The employee handed everything to us in a take‑away bag and refused to give us trays, even though having some available saying that those were for the new custumers. When I asked to speak to someone responsible, he said no manager was present and then ignored me and turned his back. Very disappointing and not worth the cost. I stopped at Johnny Rockets and overall had a good experience. The food was decent. My hamburger was average, nothing particularly special, but it definitely did the job. What stood out was the value. For airport prices, it was actually pretty fair, and you get a good amount for what you pay. The real highlight was the service. It was fast, friendly, and really attentive, which made the meal much more enjoyable. If you are looking for a quick and reliable bite before your flight, this is a solid choice.
