Worst Burger ever!!! 70% of the Burger was dry and tasteless bun and a very small patty, 6-7 Jalapeno slices and a bit of sauce. I could not eat it with both halfs of the bread cause it was to dry and tasteless. Salad was without dressing or seasoning. Service was late and food did not come on time for all of us. Never again!!! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: Rp 175–200K Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Our experience at Johnny Rockets was incredibly disappointing and frankly disrespectful!!. We put our name down and waited outside, only to watch three other groups who arrived after us, get seated before us. When I pointed this out the staff gave a dismissive “Sorry, full house” and told us to wait at the bar. Their handling of the situation showed no fairness or care for customers. The manager is even less professional as he talked with a tone with us and kept on saying “yea yea!” like get out!! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Overall, the experience was decent, but there were both positives and negatives. The burger was not bad, but nothing particularly special. The chicken tenders were definitely the highlight of the meal. They were perfectly crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and easily the best dish we ordered. The bacon and cheese fries were also delicious, especially the cheese sauce, which had a great flavor. The milkshake was decent, and the chili cheese dog tasted good, although the bread was slightly dry. The main disappointment was the service regarding the side dishes. We wanted to replace our meal side with onion rings, which was listed as an option on the menu, but we were told it wasn't possible. At the same time, onion rings were available to order separately, so they clearly weren't sold out. That was a bit frustrating and took away from the overall experience. Overall, it's a decent place to eat, but there is definitely room for improvement.
