The place is too small, sometimes they put boxes near the wall and it makes everything look so cramped. The table behind the drinks machine is sometimes filled with things and the space looks even smaller. It doesn't have a Johnny Rockets atmosphere. They should expand the place. It's too small. There's not enough staff. I've been there on different occasions with people and without people, and on all of them they were delayed. Even on one occasion the cashier made a mistake and charged me for the order menu, even though I ordered at the store. local and I realized after seeing the letter again with the prices they made me wait about 15 minutes to cancel the ticket that even they stayed I couldn't put the claim on the same page. After they serve you, they take a while to go to the table to order something else or a refridgerator of drinks. The glasses are not the original ones that they use in other places (at least I have had glasses without any brand). Shakes are too bad in this branch, they add too much milk, they are liquid, it is very bad to drink frozen milk and sometimes they don't have all the flavors or they don't have enough toppings like Kepchut. The bathrooms are another issue, they are too small and tedious, I insist, there are very few staff in that branch and Sometimes it seems like it's not a Johnny Rocket, they should close it and expand the place to make it better and please hire more people.
