Every time my husband and I get out of the movies we’re excited to try Johnny Rockets but they always seem to close about 20 to 30 minutes before their posted closing time At this point if you’re going to stop serving customers at 8:30 then just say you close at 8:30 instead of getting people’s hopes up. This isn’t a one time incident and it’s not because the grill wasn’t working. It happens every single time we try to go I understand employees need time to clean and close but customers should still be able to expect service during the hours that are actually posted.
