Absolutely dry attitude and rude cashier Ethan. Asked a question about an add-on (as its listed on their menu) and got a snappy "No!" And then just stared at me blankly without explanation or alternative suggestions. This kid needs to be taught manners and a positive attitude as is listed right behind the register as a requirement for hire. And they gave me a single burger and charged me a double. DO BETTER! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20

The burgers were great even for the price, but the customer service was horrible the two cashier guys had a bad attitude it was an older guy that came back from the kitchen and a young boy in white and then when I got my food I asked for hot sauce and they said I had to get back in the line in order to purchase some for 1 dollar so I had to have my burger with no hot sauce :(

Johnny Rockets how do you charge someone $1 for cheese for an $8.50 grilled cheese? The guy handing out food said it was wrong so I went to get it corrected and when I asked your worker Alyssa why I had to pay for cheese and my friends did not, she said, oh I charged the other people you just cannot see itwhat? Also why was I charged for ranch with my chicken tenders but the other person wasn’t? Listen it’s $2 but honestly losing a customer over poor customer service is bad business! So disappointing. The thing is the food was great I just cannot support a business who rips off their customers. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $100+ Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
